Chris has over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples, families , adolescents and children. She provides therapy tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients with compassion and dedication. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, ADHD, family relationship issues, parenting issues, EMDR, and relationship issues. 

Chris is remarried and the parent of three grown sons and one daughter. Chris enjoys spending time with her family and riding her horse when she is not working with clients.
