Hi ! My name is Natalie. Thank you for being here! I am a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio. I received my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences and my master’s degree in Social work from the University of Arkansas!
I am a bilingual individual and welcome clients who speak English or Spanish. I am beyond excited to serve you here at Cincinnati Therapy Center. I am passionate about empowering individuals through life’s challenges and helping them find their strengths and resiliences. I believe that everyone has the right to live an authentic, confident, and meaningful life. As a therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space to promote healing and growth. I will gladly work with you to achieve your goals while ensuring you feel seen and heard.
My passion is working with children, teenagers, and adult individuals coping with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, anger, ADHD, imposter syndrome, autism, self harm, LGBTQ+ concerns. My therapeutic approach is focused on using a strengths-based and client-centered approach, meaning that I prioritize the client and the goals they would like to accomplish, while identifying strengths that the client already possesses. I draw from the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
I’m known to be the "cat lady" among my friends and family and a lover of cozy environments. During my free time, I spend the majority of it with my husband and two cats, Athena and Flan. I also enjoy exploring bookstores and coffee shops, reading, and playing cozy video games.
