  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Late cancellation (less than 24 hour notice): $75

    • No Show Fee: $75

    • Please contact your therapist directly (listed here) or using the client portal here to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the missed appointment fee.

    • Please contact your therapist directly for late cancellations and last minute changes such as notifying them you are running late or need to change to tele-therapy.

    • Our main phone number and email for CTC is for intakes and general inquiries.

  • Self-pay rates:

    • Intake Appointments- individual therapy $150

    • Individual Therapy Appointments $120

    • Couples Counseling $150-$175

    • Family Therapy $150-$175
