Are you feeling emotionally drained, anxious, or constantly second-guessing yourself in a relationship? Whether it’s romantic, familial, or a close friendship, toxic relationship dynamics can wear down your self-worth and leave you feeling isolated, confused, and powerless. You may find yourself walking on eggshells to avoid conflict, over-apologizing, saying yes when you mean no, or losing touch with your identity and needs in the effort to keep the peace. It can feel like no matter how hard you try, it’s never enough. But it doesn’t have to stay this way—you deserve better.

In therapy, I can help you gently untangle the emotional knots these dynamics create. We’ll work together to build clarity, strengthen boundaries, and help you reconnect with your inner voice. My goal is to support you in reclaiming your sense of self, improving your emotional well-being, and making empowered, aligned choices. My work extends to individuals (ages 8+), couples, and families, with a particular passion for helping couples navigate relationship issues, trauma recovery, domestic violence, and high-conflict dynamics. I also support individuals in improving assertiveness, communication, and emotional regulation.

My areas of focus include toxic relationships and codependency, anxiety, burnout, life stress, depression, emotional fatigue, trauma, PTSD, relationship and communication issues, as well as self-esteem and identity. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. I use a blend of evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness and somatic techniques, and attachment-based and relational frameworks. I also have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and conflict resolution.

I’m a down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel safe, meaningful, and personal. My office is comfortable and private, and I strive to make each session a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Let’s talk and see if we’re a good fit. The right therapist makes a big difference—and you don’t have to navigate this alone. Your past matters, but your future matters more.
