Jennifer Gobel, MS, LPCC

Hi, my name is Jen and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including public school systems, nursing homes, and addiction treatment centers. I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan—from young children to older adults and have truly appreciated the unique strengths and stories each person brings. Currently, I work with individuals ages 18 and older, specializing in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you define your goals, and supporting you as you work toward achieving them. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

With empathy and kindness at the core of my work, my hope is to help you uncover your strengths and find practical, meaningful ways to improve your emotional well-being and quality of life.
