With more than 25 years of experience as a mental health counselor, I specialize in supporting individuals healing from developmental trauma and complex PTSD. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how early experiences shape our nervous systems, relationships, and sense of self, and I am committed to helping clients reconnect with their strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom.
I am trained and skilled in several Evidence-Based Practices, including Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These modalities allow me to tailor treatment to each client’s needs—whether we are working to stabilize overwhelming emotions, build a compassionate relationship with protective parts, or develop concrete skills for navigating daily life. My approach integrates these models in a way that is flexible, practical, and attuned to the pace of each individual’s healing.
Clients often describe me as compassionate, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I believe that meaningful therapeutic work happens in a space where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. My goal is to create that kind of environment—one that supports growth, fosters clarity, and empowers clients to reclaim a life that feels grounded, self-directed, and hopeful.
