Hi, I’m Hannah (she/her/hers)! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. I earned my Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Classical Humanities from Miami University and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University.
I believe therapy is a safe space for healing, growth, and exploration. My role as your therapist is to create that space and to collaborate with you on reaching your personal goals. I primarily use a person-centered approach, recognizing that every individual’s journey is unique, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.
I am passionate about supporting survivors of trauma and individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, addiction, suicidal and self-harm behaviors, eating disorders, OCD, and LGBTQ+ concerns. My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I have experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP). I am supervised by Mariah Couser, LPCC-S.
If you’re ready to start your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.
