We are actively hiring a child therapist to help us better serve ages 5-12 in the Cincinnati area. We are looking for someone with experience and passion for providing therapy to children and support to parents. The applicant may also work with other populations including teens, adults, couples, families, groups, etc. Apply below!

CTC offers a competitive split for our clinicians and there are no additional expenses. Independently licensed therapists keep 70% of collections and limited licensed therapists keep 60%. CTC provides: a Simple Practice profile, marketing, scheduling for intakes, furnished office space, regular case consultation/group supervision, credentialing with all major insurance companies, annual CEU stipend, individual supervision if needed, and a supportive team of therapists with a diverse background in providing care to clients. We provide active and reliable supervision from an experienced team of clinical supervisors. We designed the floorpan of our suite specifically for therapy and the suite includes a conference/break room and a full kitchenette. We have a stream of referrals and often manage a waitlist, which is why we are selectively expanding. We have taken great care in creating a positive work culture. CTC is a small group private practice equally owned and operated by three female therapists rather than being owned by a single individual or larger company and being ran by people without clinical experience.
