Immersive Trauma Healing Group

Healing from relational trauma or Complex PTSD is a process that can feel confusing, with so many layers to navigate. Often, it can feel isolating and heavy.

You are not alone, and you do not have to move through this on your own.

Cincinnati Therapy Center and Presence With Love invite you to join this 2-week experiential immersion for healing trauma through somatics, parts work, and embodied group practices.

Together, we will explore:

  • Mind-Body Connection & Accessing Safety Within - Experiential exploration of Somatic Experiencing principles, nervous system fundamentals, and the use of “parts” work for being present with more of your felt-sense experience of life.

  • Emotional Processing Techniques - Through contained and gentle practices, we will learn practical skills for moving through emotions like grief, anger, and shame to support us when we get stuck in the emotional loops.

  • Boundaries & Healthy Assertiveness - Connect and ground into more of your autonomy, power, and choice while practicing communication of boundaries.

  • Relational Healing & Receiving Support - Explore attunement and compassion with yourself and what it is like to ask for and receive this from others.

Led by Patti Biederman, MS, LPCC-S, TIST Level 1 Practitioner and Meagan Connley, Somatic Trauma Practitioner, this immersive experience offers a new way to support and integrate your healing, going beyond individual talk therapy and moving into a different experience of yourself, your body, and your way of living.
